COVID-19 Updates and Response

In order to perform regular business operations and services, our in-home service professionals and staff have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow guidelines from public health and government agencies.

What to Expect During Our Standard Service Call:

  • When initial request for a service appointment is initiated (call, email or website submission), our office will gather all necessary information and book service within a set timeframe and send over confirmation email.

  • You will receive a friendly reminder call the day before to confirm appointment.

  • On the day of your appointment, our office/dispatch team will be in contact to confirm an arrival time.

  • Once the technician is onsite, he will go over his plan to complete the service and answer any questions.

  • If anything comes up during service in need of approval the technician will update you.

  • When work is completed, the technician will confirm the job is finished run over your service ticket/invoice and collect payment at that time.

  • The technician will then leave your property and confirm it’s okay to re-secure your home.
